Hey guys!!!!!!!! Sorry I didn’t update in so long! I had my exams going on….. Sooo…. here’s what this is. My mom’s birthday is coming up and I made her a gift. I decided on making her a sketch book because she loves drawings. Those are only 5 pages but I am going to make more. Later though. More later!

Have you guys ever been on wattpad??? If not, turn it on right now. I’m serious, man.

Also, read this book called

Once Upon a Time Academy: Abigail White

I wrote it myself. Comment if you like it. On this OR that.

School is starting!!!!! WHY?!?!!?!? I am soooooo sad that vacations are over in TWO DAYS. But….. I get to see my friends!!! So that is the good part of school starting. Another good thing is that the first whole week is no studies! Only orientation! Woohoo! BTW, I remembered me and my friends had to find a new secret language to pass notes so if you have any thoughts on what we could use please tell in the comments!

Hey guys!! I needed to ask you if you have any requests as to which recipe I should post next. Just tell me in my comments. I’ll answer to it as soon as I can. Bye for now, everyone!

Sooo remember when I told you about my bff’s blog. Yeah well, she is having a competition so thought I should let you know. Be sure to participate in it. She is giving out prizes to the winners. And I might be having some competitions later on also. So stay tuned!

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 5 pieces
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped ( OPTIONAL )

Preheat oven to 325F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter and chocolate for 30 seconds, stir, and return to microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir again and if everything is still not melted, microwave for another 20 seconds. Stir until smooth. Transfer to your mixing bowl and add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Beat until combined. Beat in flour. Fold in the pecans.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the top. Bake 30 – 33 minutes or until the top is cracked and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool before cutting.

OMG. Yum. My aunt taught me this recipe. I haven’t tried it out on my own but when she made them they were delish. I highly recommend that you try these And if not, ask an adult to make them.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Heeeeey…….. Remember how I said I was going to post recipes? Well, here’s my first one. It is a recipe for Chocolate chip cookies. And the chewy kind.

  • 8 ounces unsalted butter
  • 12 ounces bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 ounces granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 ounce whole milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

Melt the butter in a 2-quart saucepan over low heat. Set aside to cool slightly.

Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda onto a paper plate. Pour the butter into your stand mixer’s work bowl. Add the sugar and brown sugar and beat with the paddle attachment on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk together the whole egg, the egg yolk, milk and vanilla extract in a measuring cup. Reduce the mixer speed and slowly add the egg mixture. Mix until thoroughly combined, about 30 seconds.

Using the paper plate as a slide, gradually integrate the dry ingredients, stopping a couple of times to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Once the flour is worked in, drop the speed to “stir” and add the chocolate chips. Chill the dough for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and place racks in the top third and bottom third of the oven.

Scoop the dough into 1 1/2-ounce portions onto parchment-lined half sheet pans, 6 cookies per sheet. Bake 2 sheets at a time for 15 minutes, rotating the pans halfway through. Remove from the oven, slide the parchment with the cookies onto a cooling rack and wait at least 5 minutes before devouring.

So there it is, guys! The recipe isn’t mine. I found it online. But it works pretty good if you do it right. It took me at least 4 tries before I FINALLY got it right.
